General Focus
Cost-of-living
Skyrocketing costs for groceries, gas, utilities, and insurance premiums are crushing families. Jason will focus on cutting wasteful spending, bringing back affordable housing, and putting money back in the taxpayer’s pockets. By eliminating hidden fees, costly regulations on home builders and renters, and electrical mandates; we can guarantee more financial freedom for all Coloradans!
Agriculture
Agriculture is central to our identity in rural Colorado. Jason will fight to protect our water rights, end the buy and dry of Ag land, and work hard to stop the wolf reintroduction that continues to harm our local producers!
Energy
Our state must secure affordable and reliable energy by utilizing our diverse local resources. This includes maximizing oil, natural gas, nuclear, coal, geothermal, and hydropower; while fighting against the gas bans and electrification mandates. These solutions will create jobs, lower costs for families, and ensure a strong, independent state economy.
Healthcare
Colorado must prioritize preventative care and actually solve our mental health crisis. Rural access, maternal deserts, and primary-care shortages need targeted investment so every Coloradan can get timely and quality care close to home. I will protect rural hospitals and make sure they can stay open and funded!
Education
Our kids deserve the best education possible! I believe in school choice and empowering parents to decide where and what their children learn. Our children need to be focused on math, science, history, reading, and writing.
Business
I will push to reduce taxes, cut red tape, and reject heavy-handed regulations that punish job creators and stifle entrepreneurship. Free-market policies, lower business costs, and energy development will attract investment and grow real prosperity in rural Colorado. Small businesses and rural enterprises thrive when the state gets out of the way and lets competition drive success.
2nd Ammendment
The right to bear arms is a constitutional right that Colorado hates the people having. I will always push for responsible gun-ownership and never vote for magazine bans, 3-day delay for gun purchases, or expanded background checks.
Election Integrity
To ensure the integrity of our elections, we must prioritize voting with a valid photo ID, guaranteeing our elections are free, fair, and secure. I will fight to protect the trust in our elections process.
